So far I'm loving this backpack! I know there was a small issue with the laptop sizes in the description, but I'm currently using it for my Dell Precision 5680 from work and it fits like a glove! It's definitely towards the larger end of what could fit, but still fits well enough that there are no corner bulges or anything. Great storage space amd a lot easier to get around with for smaller trips than the larger backpack.

I guess my only complaint would be that I would have liked to see some additional storage/organization pouches on the inside of the panel of the main compartment to help offset the fewer conpartments it has compared to the larger backpack without the need of a secondary organizer pouch (like the LTT tech pouch).

Overall, a great purchase, and while it may be a little more expensive than similar sized bags, it's definitely worth it if the compartment configuration suits your needs!

After 2 shipping delays add 2 months I finally received it. Not sure how I feel about the backpack. I think my expectations were extremely high and it came close. Pockets are tight and you have to open the compartments all the way to retrieve items. The tablet pocket is tight for an iPad Air with the type cover. The worst thing is the smell. Almost 2 weeks later, the manufacturer smells has yet to go away and its off putting. I ordered the tech sack and it it has the same smell it will be the last thing i order from LTT.

This is the most expensive and lowest QCd backpack I own. My bag arrived with about 6 obvious loose threads. After contacting support with pictures I was told they are safe to cut by myself but to reach out if they get worse afterwards. The quality didn't seem entirely unacceptable to them but I'm hopeful they'll help if it does get worse.
Additionally the shoulder strap length won't stay put. It seems like there isn't enough friction between the adjustment buckle and the strap to prevent unintentional lengthening when picking up or putting on the bag.
The laptop section, for all its extra pouches, does not comfortably much more than a single ~0.8in thick laptop. Don't try to fit anything much longer than a 12.9" iPad in the tablet pouch. I wish there was just a liiiittle more space to comfortably fit a laptop charger. As is, it'll fit, but it's obviously "borrowing" space from the front compartment.
The front compartment is good for what it is, and I appreciate the vibrant interior color making it easier to find things inside. I do miss having a shallower quick access compartment for grabbing things like pens, tissues, snacks, etc without having to get elbow deep in the bag, but the large waterbottle holders + zipper compartments cover this use case for the most part.
Overall it feels like the price/quality ratio isn't there. I will keep the bag because I don't want to go through the hassle of a return and to support the channel.

Great backpack. I tend to fill every pocket of a backpack. if I buy a big backpack I over pack and it’s over cumbersome in weight. This commuter backpack is a good size to pack what I need, and not be overwhelmed. My previous bag of choice was an ICON Slim backpack by INCASE. I see the LTT commuter backpack as a step up from my previous favorite backpack. One example the LTT has a nice dedicated pocket for a water bottle. Secondly the LTT has more dedicated pocket around the bag. I hope this helps anyone on the fence.

Great backpack. Pretty firm with its shape, which is a good thing. Holds everything perfectly, 0 issues with it.
